About me

I'm a very creative individual with great attention to detail and a hunger to succeed. I work well within a team or as an individual, can take initiatives when needed but am also comfortable working with strict guidelines and on complex briefs.
I'm trained in preparing artwork for both print and web formats and can adapt to the needs of any project or brief. I learn very quickly and I'm proficient in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, coding html and css as well as knowing basic Javascript. I'm always looking to learn and expand my skillset, being passionate about how design shapes our lives through our everyday experiences and wanting to have the know-how to exploit different media.

I've been a busy freelancer since graduating in 2009 from Camberwell College of Arts, working for News International, agencies such as Crave and Sotomayor, as well as my personal projects. Briefs have included brand communication for British Petroleum and Swarovski, web design for music artists, direct mail and press ads for The Independant and The Folio Society, preparing artwork for large formats for British Airways and more. At News International I worked for The Sun, Britain's most widely read tabloid newspaper, and had to prepare artwork for print, do illustrations, work on infographics and logos, juggle with layout challenges and communicate with editors on a daily basis all whist having to work to very tight deadlines.

I'm now looking to build on my experience and would ideally like to work in a full-time position for an agency that has a creative, efficient and professional outlook and where I can learn from the team I'm working with.
