Head of UX needed to work at brilliant digital creative agency based in Farringdon.

An amazing opportunity has arisen to work in a small/ mid-sized growing innovative, forward-thinking full service digital agency based in Farringdon.  This aspirational agency offers a collaborative, fun and focussed environment and the opportunity to work with some of the UK's most exciting brands.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative person with a passion for digital media and who has the leadership skills to head up and grow the UX space within the agency. The successful individual is creative, confident and a lateral thinker who responds well to change.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding and interpreting business objectives and user behaviours
• Planning and facilitating research (including focus groups) as well as user testing clickable wireframes and/ or prototypes.
• Creating and maintaining site maps, user journeys, process flows and wireframes.
• Articulating and presenting solutions to internal teams, stakeholders and clients.

The successful candidate will possess:

• The ability to think strategically, conceptually and creatively about brands, markets and consumers.
• The ability to apply a common sense approach to UX scenarios,
• Experience in delivering IA/UX for web, mobile web and/ or mobile apps.
• A good knowledge of front and backend technologies and of the general en-to-end project delivery process.
