Amazing opportunity to join this international media agency to help implement the client's Online Community Strategy, managing engagement and interactivity with it's audience. You will be coordinating with worldwide markets to ensure community guidelines and standards are met. You will work closely with the Head of Social to ensure the community platform tools are kept up to date as well as influencing the roadmap by collating user feedback. Generate compelling editorial content and manage a schedule of webchats and competitions for the site communities to engage with. You will also be managing the social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter and other similar media outposts. You will be monitoring and measuring the growth of the community and analysing the effectiveness of new initiatives. You will need strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of online community platforms and how they can be used and have excellent communication skills. You will need to have a good technical understanding and able to pick new tools up quickly. Ideally, you will come from an editorial, marketing or customer service background.
