Global Account Director – Digital Agency

Savvy Creative has a great opportunity to join an award winning, fast growing, digital agency leading the way in E-Commerce across Asia. They have recently secured a high-profile project for a global FMCG client based out of Singapore and are seeking a Global Account Director to manage account-servicing teams throughout South East Asia.

Account Directors are heavily involved in supporting clients on a day-to-day basis and with delivering projects. As expected, you will work closely with this key client throughout every aspect of their website; implementing new projects, advising on new practices and supporting the day-to-day running of their online business. Building a good relationship with marketing, technical and creative teams will ensure every success at delivery.

You will be expected to

• Love all things digital and understand the technology driving ecommerce across all channels
• Understand the business, culture, processes and target audience to help improve and reach online goals
• Liaise daily with the client to provide accurate and timely reporting as well as dealing with any potential issues
• Coordinate and motivate internal teams to deliver high quality outcomes to clients as promised
• Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within each retail business 

You should have:

• A minimum of three years' experience working within the digital arena Detailed knowledge of “how the web works” in a commercial online environment
• Good attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Solution oriented focus and determinatio
• Initiative and a good team spirit
