An exciting opportunity to be part of one West London's top commercial and advertising Photographic & Post Production studios. As part of our planned expansion, Studio 4 is looking for dynamic, ambitious, forward thinking Senior Photographer/All rounder Working alongside the Head of Photography, your day will include most areas of photography, helping building the business and liaising with account managers and clients to ensure the output is to the very highest standard, on budget and delivered on time. Additionally, you will also have a strong understanding of Photoshop and may even know a fair amount about video production. The successful candidate will have the ability to work calmly under the pressures of yesterday timescales whilst managing both in-house, and on occasion, freelance teams. You will also have a portfolio that attracts Art Directors and a proven history of satisfying clients and being part of a team. Studio 4 is constantly developing the team and expanding into new areas, so an ability to be receptive to different techniques and media whilst retaining traditional values is key. No idea is a poor idea in our eyes – we encourage blue sky thinking. The Role…  

• Senior Photography position
• Assisting the Head of Photography in day-to-day project management e.g. Client liaison, Sourcing of crew, Location scouting, Model/Talent management etc
• Working alongside the Head of Photography to develop Sales and new business strategies.
• Day-to-day Studio management e.g Handling Photographers/Post Prod Ops – assessing output against brief, liaising with account managers etc
