This €5 million project has UK partners in Lancaster University and The Storey Creative Industries Centre and international partners from countries including France, Netherlands, Germany, Finland and Luxembourg. Based within ImaginationLancaster, a research centre within Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts, we are seeking an enthusiastic person to join as a graphic designer on a range of projects being undertaken by a team of leading design researchers.

Your main responsibility will be to design, develop and realise a number of Knowledge Exchange Toolkits. This will involve creating a range of physical and digital materials such as printed books, posters and on-screen presentations. Emphasis is placed on high-quality information design and visualisation, suited to the audiences/users of the materials produced. The environment is non-commercial, but fast paced. Creative and innovative approaches are encouraged at all stages of projects, but the outcomes produced must be of the highest quality. Applicants are expected to be skilled with industry standard graphic design software.

This is a fixed term appointment until June 2013.
