What's the job?

We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer/Auto CAD user with 1-2 years experience of working in an Agency environment to work for our global clients.  

You will be responsible for applying a creative concept and look and feel across all touch points of a project.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes interior design and the ideal candidates will able to use Auto CAD to a high standard.  

Responsibilities Your range of duties will include; 

 Execute creative excellence 

• Deliver first class design on each and every project
• Maintain creative excellence and exceed expectations whilst keeping in line with team direction and client brief
• Contribute ideas at brainstorming meetings
• Attend internal creative reviews 

Evolves personal craft skills 

• Constantly looking for wider ideas and inspiration to feed into work
• Spend time on the parts they don't find so inspiring
• Continue to develop their personal portfolio and share these ideas internally 
• Maintain an awareness of new ideas and award winning work across the industry 
• Demonstrate confidence and clarity when presenting their work Perform excellently in your team 
• Demonstrate confidence and clarity, forward planning about what needs to be done
• Feed the team with stimulus, influence and inspiration whilst keeping on top of current trends • Be consistent in following things up with their Line Manager

Defends and champions our processes 

• Always hit their own deadlines
• Proactively manages their workload
• Actively asks for more work when not busy
• Support the team to hit their deadlines  

About you What we would like to see from you is;

• Someone who lives and breathes interior design and understands its relevance, value and input to retail and business marketing communications.
• Design Degree (or equivalent) • Experience in a previous junior role
• Able to bring the outside in, through inspiration, passion and optimism
• Able to work to deadlines and meet changing priorities
• Fantastic sketching ability demonstrated in your portfolio of work
• Experience using Auto CAD is essential. An understanding of Photoshop, in-design, 3D studio is desirable   

Location • Our office is in the heart of Manchester with other offices in London, Hong Kong and Dubai
