Head of Digital – FLM Loans

Package:  £55,000 – £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits Package

We are seeking a world-class Head of Digital who wants to be part of this fast-moving and challenging business. This is a genuinely unique position for someone with commercial flair to part of an entrepreneurial culture supported by strong professional disciplines.

As part of the Marketing team, the Head of Digital will develop and deliver a completely new online strategy and web presence.  As Head of Digital you will be working directly key internal and external stakeholders, leading key decisions and driving commercial performance.

We're looking for the role-holder to have:

• A track record of effective planning and project management, delivered on time and with high ROI.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of digital marketing techniques (SEM, SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, display, etc).
• Experience of managing digital agencies and content companies.
• A history of managing data analytics to deliver insights on digital marketing campaigns. (Google Analytics, Clicktail, etc).

• Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly moving entrepreneurial environment.
• Minimum 3 years experience working in digital marketing and/or working with a digital media company.
