Innovative and original digital healthcare agency are now on the hunt for a Digital Creative Director / Head of Digital to join their happy team.

You will play an integral part in the strategy, development and execution of the agencies digital thinking and their culture. You will be expected to push boundaries. Create beautifully designed products that set them apart. You will be a natural problem solver.

Responsibilities

The creative director is responsible for the creative output of the agency, with oversight of the creative team and the creative processes; You will come up with ideas and be responsible for the presentation and execution of client deliverables ; the profitability and creative quality of client projects all in fulfilment of their brand promise to their clients, including:

Ensuring that their creative product remains cutting edge and ahead of competition in terms of design and idea

Ensuring that the quality of creative and production is upheld, maintaining consistently high standards

Leading the unified process of strategy / concept / design and post production execution / processes 

Ensuring the professional development and readiness of the creative team to meet the demands of the business.

Duties

Work collaboratively across creative, client service, project management in the execution of briefs to produce outstanding solutions within allocated time frames

Collaborate with Technical and Product Management to create a high quality experience from initial concept through to completion.

Gain a commercial understanding of the healthcare sector and the business challenges it poses

Manage outside resources, including vendors, photographers, colour separators, printers, freelancers, web and interactive sub contractors

Manage design, art direction, copywriting and production of projects 

Able to create and justify cost estimates aligned to projects

Skills needed

Superior leadership and collaboration skills

Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Excellence in managing and motivating staff

Outstanding communication and persuasion skills

Absolute understanding of advertising and marketing principles

Ability to judge creative ideas and copy and clearly communicate creative direction to others

Excellent presentation skills

Thorough understanding of art direction
