Our client is a leading independent digital agency with an impressive client list of household brands. Due to expansion they are looking to hire a talented Digital Art Director who can develop effective creative concepts and usable, beautiful designs across multiple channels including complex ecommerce sites, emails, social media campaigns and mobile apps. You will be working as part of an established team alongside a Creative Director, Strategist and creative teams. Your portfolio must demonstrate your ability to connect brands with audiences whilst displaying innovation, creativity and good user experience.

You will also be client facing in this role so must show strong interpersonal skills, being articulate, professional and polished at all times and have the ability to produce winning pitch materials. As a senior team member you will be responsible for mentoring other designers so should have a calm, nurturing approach with a desire to help others succeed. The agency works in a naturally collaborative manner so it's essential this is part of your natural work ethic.

Day to day you will be working alongside planning / UX to understand target audiences, brand and strategy and will be collaborating with conceptual teams to develop effective concepts. You will be expected to have the ability to storyboard and scamp to articulate your ideas to both clients and within the agency and be able to execute your ideas into well crafted, usable designs.
