Our client is a large print manufacturing company who's clients are successful magazine, catalogue and direct mail customers throughout Europe.

Our client is looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to provide high level customer care for its high quality, time critical magazine and supplement clients, in addition to managing the Customer Services Executive team.

The role will involve servicing a number of accounts, as well as managing the Customer Services team.

Principle responsibilities will include managing/distributing the workload and performance & development of the Customer Services team whilst being the central focus point for clients on site.

You will attend internal production meetings and monitor the progress of all customers jobs throughout the site.

* Prepare various reports for site Business Review Meetings:
* Track the progress of orders and report updates to customers
* Organise outwork requirements with preferred suppliers
* Attend meetings with customers, both on and off site when required
* Organise and attend press passes when required
* Customer complaints
* Reprints
* Commercial (order pack) discrepancies
