CP+B Europe is looking for a qualified project manager candidate who will be responsible for managing, coordinating and ensuring the timely flow of all presentations and various media from conception through release. The Project Manager is the key liaison between Content Management, Creative Department, Art Buying, Graphic Designers and Production Managers ensuring continuity, quality and accuracy of all projects.  The ideal candidate can/has:

• At least 2 to 4 years of traffic/project management experience in an agency setting or in-house agency environment.
• Strong organizational and excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse project load.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Confer with key team members to develop project plan, milestones and required tasks for each project and/or client presentation.
• Develop & maintain time sensitive, up-to-date project schedules.
• Follow up to ensure project goals are being met and provide direction and insightful solutions to issues when needed.
• Be able to solve problems in an efficient and professional manner.
• A flexible schedule to accommodate unpredictable deadlines and ability to adapt and adjust to a variety of situations. 
• Willingness and ability to do what it takes to see project through to completion and meet tight deadlines. 
• Ample knowledge Adobe Acrobat and strong computer skills. 

Brownie Points:

• Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus
• Production experience, printing and or graphics knowledge is a plus
• Digital/Interactive traffic experience a plus
