MEDIKIDZ LIMITED: GRAPHIC ASSISTANT WANTED

Position Title: Freelance Graphic Assistant, Editorial Team, Medikidz Limited (London)

Reports to: Production Director, Medikidz Limited (London)

Position Overview:

We are looking for Arabic or Hebrew -speaking graphic assistants to our join our team on a freelance basis.

Role duties

  • Liaising with authors (doctors), the editorial team, translators, the internal sales team and management with an end goal of creating high quality books.
  • Graphic design (Photoshop and InDesign Middle East used on a daily basis).
  • Ensuring delivery of translated comics to often tight deadlines.
  • Revising comic layouts to be adapted to different territories and languages
  • Working closely with Medical Writers to ensure medical text and illustrations are aligned, accurate and consistent with the Medikidz brand.

Skills and attributes

  • Strong computer literacy including strong competency on Photoshop and InDesign (Middle East version).
  • Time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A quick learner.
  • Self-motivated, organized, conscientious and flexible.
  • Ability to work as a team member.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
