Animated Storyboards, London is seeking a producer who will be responsible for working in conjunction with the creative and account management teams on production (internal and external) and execution of medium agnostic (i.e. digital, video, print, social, etc.) campaigns. The primary goal of the producer is to consult with the creative and production teams to ensure delivery of world-class creative is on time and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

• Facilitate communication between creative teams and internal/external production partners in various regisions; UK, EU, Middle-East, etc.
• Effectively communicate between our internal studios worldwide; New York, Bangkok and Tel Aviv
• Research, recommend and secure partner solutions
• Develop project plans/production timelines
• Define and keep project within schedule and budget
• Manage internal and external expectations of project(s)
• Review and ensure all client requests and expectations are met in every deliverable
• Develop or assists with development of all project documentation
• Assist with finding, previewing and determining which technology or production partner(s) is best fit for the projects needs.
• Coordinate deployment of all projects with partners/clients

Knowledge / Experience / Ability

• 1-2 years experience working in an advertising agency or related media companies as a producer.
• Ability to manage, coordinate and supervise several production jobs at the same time
• An understanding and appreciation for the creative process and demonstrated ability to contribute to the creative product
• An understanding of emerging advertising platforms and technologies
• Ability to work with various cultures globally; both internally and externally
