Small but perfectly formed full-service agency require an eager middleweight creative team to join their buzzing creative department. This agency has made its name in shopper-marketing building on several years of developing and honing techniques with many national and international clients. Additionally, this media-neutral agency works across the fashion retail sector producing, instore graphics, above-the-line advertising including TV, and marketing collateral.
If you have at least 5 years experience, self-motivation and can take initiative in responding to briefs then this role is for you. Importantly, while the idea is king, an understanding of design is as important for the AD as the ability to write long copy when required is for the CW. Ultimately you will be expected to produce effective and thought provoking creative results and also to be able to sell-in/present your ideas, both internally to CD's and externally to clients. Mac skills to produce visuals to help sell in your concepts are desirable.
