This is an opportunity to help develop cutting edge e-commerce marketing concepts for this well-established retail brand.  You will need to have in-depth experience of the commercial creative process from ideas generation, through final presentation and live publishing and have a natural flair for producing exciting original concepts that work across all digital channels (email, social media, banner affiliates).  You will have the chance to work alongside different areas of the business to develop a deep understanding of the brand's core customer which will facilitate commercially successful design solutions.  

What we are looking for: Strong digital experience working for a retail or fashion brand which is supported by an impressive creative folio. Confident presentation skills when articulating and explaining concepts and ideas to senior management and team members alike. Good understanding of layout, navigation and W3C usability guidelines. Solid hands on skills in Photoshop and Illustrator with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.   Someone who thrives in a fast paced and demanding environment where creative solutions need to be achieved quickly but are still well crafted and immaculately executed.
