You will need to have a folio of strong creative work which demonstrates your natural flair for delivering inventive design solutions that are commercially viable. A knowledge of technical code and an understanding of how your designs will be translated online. An awareness of best practice for usability/UX. Any ECRM experience is a distinct advantage.
