Small but perfectly formed creative agency in South London are looking for a talented and ambitious middleweight designer to join their growing team.   You will have the opportunity to work with a range of exciting clients and brands within the retail space as well as on more bespoke projects.  This role would suit a conceptually driven designer brimming with ideas for campaigns and promotions who can generate and develop commercially successful creative solutions that delight clients on a day to day basis. 

You should have a natural flair for retail messaging and some solid previous experience in a similar environment.  All of this should be underpinned by excellent client experience and sound technical expertise.  This is an opportunity to join a friendly, supportive and passionate team. What we are looking for: Strong retail design experience with an in-depth understanding of retail messaging and context. A natural flair for generating inventive and clever concepts that work brilliantly in the retail environment and connect with customers. Excellent artworking skills in CS4/5. Someone who enjoys taking project ownership from initial idea stages through to the finished product. Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
