Strategic digital marketing agency require an Account Executive to join their fast paced international loyalty marketing arm of the business.  This is a wonderful opportunity for an aspiring Account Executive to join a global team. You will be working on a frequent guest loyalty program for one of their multinational blue chip travel clients.  Within this role you'll have exposure to working on global campaigns, working with some of the worlds leading loyal marketing and creative experts. Key responsibilities: •    Campaign management   Managing specific retainer activity o    validation of client briefs, o    data targeting and selection briefing, o    brief writing and management of creative/design teams o    copy content brief writing and briefing o    managing and briefing e-broadcast team o    Internal trafficking and quality control o    Amends management (Client and internal) o    Management of weekly fulfillment packs, emails and ad-hoc requests o    Management of DBO and fulfillment services •    Financial control −    Preparation of campaign cost estimates for approval −    Invoicing individual campaigns on monthly basis •    Client contact and support −    Initial campaign planning and implementation (in conjunction with AM/SAM) −    Day to day contact −    Participation in weekly WIP status calls and update specific jobs on WIP report Knowledge, skills and experience •    A graduate (ideally business or marketing related) with preferably one year's marketing experience, or relevant placement year •    Ideally experience within agency environment and within the field of marketing communications •    Strong knowledge and experience with the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •    Numerate •    Ability to multi-task to tight deadlines •    Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills at all levels •    Web literate •    Delivery focus •    A flair for creativity •    Admin efficiency and support •    Great attention to detail •    Highly organised and ability to project manage effectively in a fast paced environment
