Due to your Senior Creative Team experience you will be expected to challenge a brief like no other.

Strong conceptual thinking is a must along with a flexible, can do attitude approach.

You may work across bread and butter work or a nail biting pitch.

This may include from dealing with clients directly to working closely with the Creative Director on a one to one or team orientated environment. You will have great communication and leadership qualities to drive ideas through.
Ideally you will be an art director and copywriter that have worked together within an Integrated agency environment. You will have ideally freelanced and be able to provide up to date references.

You will have a portfolio and CV demonstrating individual strengths. A truly integrated portfolio to demonstrate your understanding of 360 thinking. Ideally you have pitch wins underneath you creative belt to reflect a winning formula. Due to the nature of the varied role the copywriter must be able to write both strap lines and long copy. The art director must be able to produce scamps fast and effectively. If you can visualise on a Mac then this will be an added bonus.
