The account is hugely creative, covering all of the customer journey and shopper marketing for the high-street retail side of the business.

The idea of the account is to change the entire customer journey of the retail banking, moving away from check-outs to services, changing the customer touch-points and changing the entire feel of a retail bank. This includes POS, FSDU, Digital POS, etc.

The account team consists of an Account Executive, Account Director and Group Account Director, so there is massive scope to progress to a Senior Account Manager.

This really is a fantastic role for a strong Account Manager.

The ideal Account Manager must have retail marketing experience agency side. Financial Services experience would be a huge bonus, as well as being experienced in shopper marketing.
