The flash designer will work in the interactive design team, reporting to the head of digital design and at time mentoring the junior digital designers.

EyeBlaster, FlashTalking and DoubleClick are some of the media platforms that the digital designer will operate in.

Working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines is expected of the flash designer who will work alone or collaboratively on projects.

The flash designer will be fully competent using flash AS2 and AS3. Solid animation skills which are time-line and code based are essential as well as expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.

The flash designer will use CSS and HTML and they will utilize techniques such as Media Encoder, video compression techniques, OOP fundamentals and Adobe after effects.
