One of the world's biggest technology and ecommerce companies is seeking a Senior Flash Designer who can speak fluent English but also one other European language. Ideally French, Italian, Spanish or German. Any of these languages would be fine. The technology company is famous for Ecommerce but also launched the world's most popular e-book. They are launching the second version of this e-book in 2012 and it will require Flash Design to advertise across Facebook, mobile and the Web.

The Senior Flash Designer will actually be known as an Interactive Art Director, they will be leading a growing team of Flash Designers, currently 3 in the team. This team should grow to 10 by the end of 2012. The Senior Flash Designer will be expected to be hands on with digital design; they will be working in online advertising and innovative rich media. The Senior Flash Designer must be creative and conceptual, they must be able to manage a team and deal with high level clients.

Speaking fluent English is a must for this role, then a second fluent language is desirable, the Senior Flash Designer will be dealing with markets across Europe, the technology company will expect this Flash Designer to have a solid background in online advertising. The Senior Flash Designer should have a folio packed with examples of flash design and art direction. Coding in AS2/3 would be a bonus.
