Hattrick marketing is an independent agency specialising in the leisure industry that offers total marketing solutions such as customer insight, brand positioning, strategic planning, design and print, media buying and promotional campaigns. Our clients include a range of small to large businesses such as Caffé Nero, Marriott and Fusion Lifestyle.

We are recruiting a Senior Designer to work as the head of a small design team. You will be conceptualising, designing and producing high quality and engaging marketing campaigns and branding for a range of clients from household names to owner operator businesses.

You will be a highly creative concept led designer who can work equally well designing offline and digital concepts. It is essential you will come from a design or marketing agency, and preferably have previous experience in leading a team. You will have full ownership and control over projects and will be responsible for inspiring and leading your team to produce beautiful and well crafted quality design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver inspirational conceptual work

- Day to day design management

- Client presentation

- Directing, improving and managing the design team

- Delivering final artwork to agreed deadlines and specifications

Key Skills:

- Extensive experience in agency or relevant marketing/design environment

- Fully competent in Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Flash and Dreamweaver will be a plus

- Innovative and keen to experiment with new creative techniques, media and formats

- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

- Reliable, supportive and positive
