As an Account Manager you would sit at the heart of an agency with a fantastic buzz, fuelled by the drive and creativeness of the very experienced directors.



The Account Manager will be required to work on a very prestigious retail account, using a range of Shopper Marketing strategies, experiential and Digital marketing. As the Account Manager you will be given more responsibility than at most agencies and be reporting into the Directors. This is a role where you will take charge of the account and fully own all projects.



The Account Manager will be responsible for growing the account and growing a team. The role has a great scope for development and career growth. This account is set to be the largest in the agency and they have won all of the retail work. This will include instore Point ofSale, digital instore, outdoor, and campaign digital work.



The ideal Account Manager, will have a firm grounding in Shopper Marketing and retail. You must have worked on a large retail client before. You should have worked on large promotional campaigns and have good knowledge of Point of Sale, and digital. You will need to be able to lead a team and have a strategic focus. You will have experience managing at least 2 other account handlers and have a drive to succeed and push the agency, yourself and your team.
