*EXTERNAL AFTER EFFECTS MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER*

Hello, I require an animation & motion graphics designer/ video editor to work with me on developing visuals for a RPG game project pitch being developed by Vivid Digital Studios. Below is a description, I hope you are interested. The project involves creating motion graphics in after effects which will visually represent the information being presented in the pitch. The visuals need to look slick and artistic, fun yet still making enforcing the point being made my the narrated script. 

Below is a brief description of our story: Early 2010 I had an idea for a new style RPG video game. I spent a few weeks developing the concept; I then founded Vivid in March 2010. Once copyright was in the company's name, I gathered a team of industry professionals to work with me on developing a demo. The development team all worked for no money whatsoever, working on belief and enthusiasm for the project alone. 18 made up the core team and we had others dropping in for short periods of time to contribute to this slowly snowballing project. In total 53 people helped build this project. I received a sponsorship of $53,000 to cover software costs from shotgun software (task management and pipeline tool). During the course of the project, we attracted interest from a number of key people who helped: build a contact base, advice and possibly be part of the executive team when the company has finance. These people include: ‘Kane Kramer' (Inventor of the iPod and founder of the British inventors show), Jez Harris (Senior Designer at Headstrong Games, Game Designer at EA, Lead Designer / External Producer at Relentless Software and Design Manager at Ignition London), Stewart Gilliland (An experienced global business leader, his portfolio includes: Chairman & CEO of Muller UK, President of InBev WEZ, President of Labatt and CEO of Interbrew UK.) and Rupert Loman (Founder of Eurogamer). In December 2010 I had a semi successful pitch from Microsoft Game Studios. Although they loved the idea of the project, story, world concept and framework, they said there was a number of important design works that needed to be done before we could go any further. I have now gotten to a place where I need help to get the project ready for the next pitch.

We will be creating a motion graphics presentation which will be synced with an audio narration of the scripted pitch. You would be creating animated diagrams, GFX and editing the video together.  We have limited funding but are willing to pay £12 an hour for the right person. Additionally, if the next pitch goes well, and Microsoft accepts, an additional bonus will be paid to double what was already paid (along with possible future work).  Please also note, you will need to send all the project files (eg. .aep, images used, etc) to me, not just the final render!)
