The Role:

Responsible for taking a client project from design to completion. The Interior Designer will liaise with the client to identify their brief. They are responsible for the space planning, concept, colours, furniture, fixings and finishes of a project. The Interior Designer will also liaise with the 3D department to ensure that the final concept is visualised in the correct manner. The Interior Designer will then pitch the design in a competitive pitch to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Sales team, the Designer will meet clients and identify the design brief
• Finding a working relationship between the cosmetic and aesthetic, whilst at the same time working within the realities and practicalities of the budget
• Building specification sheets to build quotes from
• Liaise with 3D to visualise the concepts
• Refine the concepts to produce final visuals to present to the client
• Pitch the design to the client in a competitive pitch along with the sales and project management team
• Upon winning the clients business, the Designer must liaise with the CAD department to make sure that all aspects of the design have been identified and are feasible
• Maintain a relationship with the client throughout the build phase, visiting sites at least once a week to ensure the design is being realised in the correct way - often visits will lead to site decisions
• Once the build is finished, presenting the finished site to the client along with the build and project management team
