Role overview:

The Creative Producer is the consolidating force in a team comprising of Account Handlers, Planners, Finance Managers and Creatives.

Key Objectives of Role :

1. The CP is responsible for proactively managing projects and finding solutions to all issues and problems as they arise. The CPis responsible for the completion of each project and is involved from brief through delivery and final billing.
2. The Creative Producer role is critical as the role has full responsibility and accountability for the project along with the Account Director. The CP must keep track of all expenditure and advise and guide Creative, Account Management, Planning and Finance to a balance of quality and creativity.
3. Creative Producers must possess the ability to understand and respond effectively to all creative requirements, estimate against these requirements and provide detailed timelines to all project stakeholders.
4. This is their specialty and what defines their role from any other within the agency.
5. The Creative Producer will work on a combination of projects from small print jobs, arranging shoots to also working on integrated campaigns including film production and some digital production.
