This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative Senior Designer - we are looking for a talented multi-disciplined designer who is able to lead on web design, identity and print projects from conception to completion.  We're looking for someone with an outstanding portfolio, demonstrable experience and great approaches. You'll bring your skills and talent to bear on work for a number of our charitable, third and public sector clients.

It goes without saying that you must have a passion for and love of good design, be motivated and have great attention to detail. In addition we're hoping you will have an excellent understanding of the way people use websites and how design can help shape and enhance a user's experience.

About Effusion

Effusion is a unique design agency based in Bethnal Green. We work across media and focus on the charitable, non-profit and public sectors.

You'll be working in a team of nine very friendly people.  We've got great offices - airy, light and very modern at the top of an almost four hundred year old building a minute's walk from Bethnal Green tube.  We work together, socialise from time to time and take advantage of our great location next to the park and in between a lot of great pubs and restaurants.

Essential

• Graduate level education or equivalent work experience
• At least six years experience working in a design/digital agency environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation - presentation to clients
• Experience in creating compelling visual identities , strong typographic skills

Highly desirable

• An understanding of web usability and accessibility
• Experience in art direction, branding and identity development
