Are you an Operations Manager who delivers first-class DM projects looking for a new challenge? Then this could be your next role.

This award winning Integrated Agency is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee one of their most important clients. You'll need to have top-notch DM experience, with detailed understanding of data and data processes – and if you've got experience of managing Digital campaigns as well, then this is a bonus.

Ideally, you'll tick these boxes:

  • A thorough, detailed understanding of data, data processes, the print production process (checking of data dumps, laser proofs etc) and managing campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of Direct Marketing (Digital understanding would be beneficial, although not absolutely necessary)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver to deadlines (understanding PRINCE II preferred)
  • Ability to understand the detail but see the bigger picture
  • Evidence of being able to grow & maintain strong relationships at all client levels
  • Experience of line management
