Reporting directly into the two Directors of the company, this is a new, senior role within Digital Annexe with huge potential for professional development and job satisfaction.
Outline:
We're looking for a multi-tasking Group Account Director to head up our most senior client relationships and manage a growing and enthusiastic Account team.
You will take responsibility for all digital output and growth from the agency on our largest account, Mercedes-Benz UK. This account is already staffed with a team of Account Managers, Account Executives and Graduates who will report into you.
General responsibilities:
You will be delivering digital solutions to a variety of clients and divisions within Mercedes-Benz UK.
Our core work for Mercedes-Benz is the management of the national website (www.mercedes-benz.co.uk) and dealer sites. This involves anything from writing marketing copy to the development of rich interactive product experiences, decision-making tools and mobile apps.
Part of your role will be to help our clients develop their digital vision, and then formulate plans to deliver it. This will involve working with other roster agencies on both longer-term brand-led projects as well as numerous and frequent tactical campaigns.
There is also scope to work on our other Accounts including AGCO (Massey Ferguson) as well as assisting with new business development which is a strong focus for 2012.

Personality and experience:
This role requires a strong, confident personality with prior digital agency experience (additional client experience a bonus) who is digital to the core. At this level, this candidate needs to have, and be able to demonstrate, their interest and knowledge in digital marketing as well as show strong strategic planning skills plus their ability to control budgets and teams across multiple projects.
Automotive marketing experience is also essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will be looking for a real opportunity and challenge to develop their own skills and to contribute to the growth of the company.
They will already be able to demonstrate personal achievements and results based on their own merit but are now looking for the next long-term challenge.
