A small team (just four) operating on the edge of Newbury, West Berkshire,  established in 1982. We continue to produce design for print, advertising and exhibition/display material but increasingly our work is web-based and you'll need to be fully immersed in this subject.

We're looking for a competent web designer/developer with a good grasp of Dreamweaver, PHP, MySQL, phpMyAdmin, HTML /CSS/ JavaScript/jQuery plus the usual Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, tea making etc.

You'll have at least 2 – 3 years under your belt handling similar work and understand the need for accuracy with good communication skills with your colleagues and clients alike

You'll need to enjoy working with a small team where you'll have direct client contact and be competent in handling projects from start to finish (including extras such as training clients on CMS, where needed)

You'll have a really good grasp of SEO and social media and take a pro-active interest in helping the team to move the business forward

You'll have a positive attitude to your work and bring enthusiasm and some new skills to the existing team

You'll need to live near the area – ideally 30 mile radius of Reading and have your own transport (free parking at the office).
