Junior to Midweight Designer (dig&print) Travel Co. London £24k

This role is with a very well know UK travel company.. The now require an in house designer to work across both print and digital with an emphasis on digital. Below are a list of skills required. An extra bonus to have experience working with flash.

This role is responsible for developing the online creative requirements for the business, including website creative, emails, online advertising, and page development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement online and offline design within a small team
• Support the Senior Web Designer in the execution of larger online projects
• Develop and resize creative to support affiliate, Facebook, and other third party programmes
• Create and resize images for the website and intranet
• Design and build local marketing emails and load into the email system
• Develop new, and edit existing, homepage Flash buttons
• Assist the Print Designer with supplier brochures
• Assist the Print Designer with local print marketing, including posters and branch materials
• Keep the digital image library up to date and actively source new material
• Get involved and contribute to the day-to-day ad-hoc requests from the Marketing Team, and company projects, as required
• Be a flexible individual who works well under pressure as part of a team, to fixed deadlines
• Work on your own and without supervision when required
• Be organised, motivated and show initiative
• Be aware of, and communicate up and coming design trends and techniques
