AIT is a marketing lead creative agency based in Wokingham, Berkshire.

As an organisation we have evolved greatly over the last 5 years and have ambitious plans for the future. Our business structure is to keep a ‘core' full time team of 10-12 – a mixture of business consultants, marketing strategists and at the heart of our business.

the design agency. We currently have 5 designers and are looking for a ‘creative' digital designer. Someone who is able to combine the coding skills of PHP and CSS with the ability to produce concept designs. Being a small firm everyone is expected to be able to liaise directly with our customers and play an active part in development meetings.

Design/technical skills should include:

  • A thorough knowledge of HTML/CSS/PHP.
  • A working knowledge of Javascript and Jquery.
  • The ability to design and build web sites/landing pages/email campaigns.
  • Experience of using MODx CMS platform.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite particularly InDesign – Illustrator – Photoshop
  • Experience using Adobe Web Suite particularly Fireworks
  • The ability to develop concept visuals
  • The management skills to lead a project and co-ordinate in-sourced/out-sourced designers/programmers

£Salary

TBD but in-line with national rates for middle/heavy weight designer.
