Chandler Chicco Companies (CCC) are a global healthcare communications group, encompassing first in class capabilities in PR, digital and social media, marketing and branding, medical and scientific education,  graphic design and muliti media, event management and research.

We have an immediate need for a new creative project manager with at least 3 years of experience in full time employment to join ‘nition, our creative business unit.

Our projects are increasingly digital-focused, so experience in planning and co-ordinating web and digital/social projects is a must.

You will be joining a team of seven, servicing a broader team of 100 communications professionals across the CCC family.

Our client base is healthcare-focused, but healthcare industry experience is a plus, not a must. What's essential is that you have experience working within a concept-driven, fast-moving creative environment.

Professional Requirements

The role requires a candidate who has:

• the ability to manage and facilitate the progression of internal and external projectsfrom initial client briefing through final product   
• the ability to accurately understand and translate corporate public relations "speak" to designers
• a familiarity with the ins and outs of digital project management; you must know your sitemaps from your wireframes, and be comfortable discussing them
• meticulous attention to detail and the patience to proof/quality-check work, consistently and thoroughly
• creative agency experience
• client-facing account management experience
• experience working with “creatives” in a concept-driven environment
• tact

Scope of Position

This role will demand:

• Attendance of initial client briefings and asking of relevant questions
• Development of project timelines and budgets (you will have the full support of other team members while ‘learning the ropes')
• Briefing of designers, coders, information architects etc
• Steering of projects from first concepts through incorporation of comments to final asset (having a creative/visual eye is a plus)
• Ensuring all work adheres to deadlines, budget and strategy
• Close collaboration with creative team leader, regularly advising on potential opportunities and challenges as the work unfolds
• Maintaining of quality control across projects (eye for detail important)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education or equivalent, plus 3 or more years experience in project management

Salary

• £30,000 - £35,000 (plus healthcare, pension and excellent bens)
