About the role in more detail

The Flash Designer is responsible for the interactive design across a breadth ofhigh profile projects, clients, pitches and briefs ensuring they are delivered to the highest creative  standards. This includes:

• Working in partnership across all departments to produce the best response to creative briefs in the desired digital medium and to the highest quality
• Create and produce outstanding work that inspires clients
• To demonstrate a full understanding of each client's brand values, guidelines and briefs and ensure all finished work complies with these guidelines
• To keep up to date with current trends and to utilise this knowledge to expand your design and creative skills and share your knowledge within the Creative dept and agency
• To play an active and positive role in the DARE creative community

Here are the essentials you'll need to have:

• Around 3+ year's digital design experience working in an agency environment
• Graduate with an art/design degree from a recognised college/university
• Passion for creativity & design from conceptual thinking to final output
• Instinctive brand awareness and demonstrated experience of pushing boundaries and evolving brands
• Excellent communication skills and amazing attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines, whilst still producing outstanding creative work
• Team Player, as well as able to work independently
