About the Team
The Brand Activation Team (BAT) will create and manage integrated category & channel plans that deliver a consistent consumer experience - wherever & however consumers encounter our brands. BAT will ensure channel needs & opportunities are fully represented in the development of category activity plans and that the resulting plans are fully integrated, prioritised & executed across channels & touch points. These Integrated Marketing Activity Plans (iMAP) will drive our execution plans and ROI will be collated to help prioritise future investment & activity. BAT will lead the annual planning process for the Commercial Department, facilitate the OME budget & investment prioritisation process, manage creative fulfilment & media buying, develop & share 'best practice' across category & channel & oversee the strategic element of all 3rd party relationships.

Summary
We are looking to recruit a Creative Planner to join our Brand Activation Team. The ideal candidate will be an engaging, creative and ambitious with a proven experience in delivering big brand campaigns across multiple channels, up to and including TV. In addition to strong client management skills, they'll display great leadership across multi-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and a great product delivered. Self-motivation and a desire to deliver outstanding work are key, the chosen candidate will be expected to quickly immerse themselves in the brand and its objectives and then drive to deliver things better. The role requires someone who has the ability to build strong relationships and a solid understanding of creative solutions. You will be the main point of contact between the business and the agencies.

  • 5 years' experience - proven success as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager
  • Excellent client facing manner - strong strategic skills and an ability to negotiate at a senior level
  • Proven team leadership experience - strong team management skills
  • Outstanding project management capability - a proven record in planning and managing complex projects through multiple stages of development and stakeholders
  • Detailed understanding and experience of developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints

Key accountabilities

  • Create and manage the Creative Fulfilment Plan to plan all creative materials required in line with the Integrated Marketing Activity Plan
  • Responsible for fulfilment of creative development through creative agency production teams
  • Tailor marketing campaigns for different media types for use above-the-line, in-store and in digital channels
  • Ensure consistent delivery of brand and messaging across all consumer touch points
  • Identify and deliver efficiencies that can be made through a holistic view of all production activities.
  • Manage the total production budget and approval for individual production activities
  • Manage the total creative production process from brief submission to final sign-off
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders through creative alignment & decision-making to deliver great advertising campaigns
  • Contribute to the iMAP (Integrated Marketing Activity Plan) process by working closely with the Category Teams, PR & Broadcast teams to plan & prioritise marketing activities
