We are looking for a talented and inspirational Designer to join the team.

Your primary responsibility will be to produce exceptional designs for both our external clients and internal projects. Work will be varied, from new site designs to advertising and branding. We want someone with that creative spark, great conceptual skills and a familiarity with new web trends and usability standards.

Your goal will be to produce designs that really get noticed and can develop the image of both our clients and our agency.

Each project we work on begins from a blank piece of paper. This means we do not apply templates or reuse design ideas. Responding to our client requirements you will need to produce forward thinking, relevant and inspirational visuals, and be able to carry them through to being completely realised pixel perfect designs.

We want to hear from people who possess knowledge of the following (and hopefully more):

- Photoshop, Illustrator (and other relevant software)

- Flash & ActionScript

- Site design standards including responsive web design

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS would be considered a huge bonus.
