We are looking for a strong Web Designer/Developer who has managed web based projects either in house or agency based coupled with a good understanding of current web based technologies and ideally someone who has worked with E-commerce platforms. As well as good HTML skills you are likely to hold a relevant design qualification at degree level or above. As Senior Web Designer you will join a newly created role in the European web team and be responsible for the rollout of a new graphical interface for this company's online stores. This will cover several countries where you will liaise with local country channel managers to localise the content. Implementing multi-media graphic and newly-designed web pages and implementing store promotions will also form part of this remit. There are some other interesting projects you will be involved in such as on-page search optimisation, integration of web chat and tracking and managing online store performance.
