Senior Digital Production Manager – Fulham, London - £55000 The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a leading integrated marketing agency to assist them in their search for a Senior Digital Production manager .Working with a team of 5 producers, you will report to the Digital Production Director and assist with line management of all producers.
To be suitable for this role you must have previous senior production management experience and good client facing / management skills.
You will also need to be technically minded, have a creative eye, positive outlook, brilliant attention to detail, resilience, commercial awareness, loads of confidence and an undeniable passion for all things digital.
Most recent role must be a Senior Digital Producer / Production manager with excellent production experience at an established digital/marketing/advertising agency with at least 4-5 years agency experience.
Commercial skills within a busy digital production environment.
Excellent resource management, production forecasting & workflow.
Management of multiple digital producers / production projects of varying scope and size from conception to delivery.
A knowledge and understanding of core web technologies and what is possible vs. what the limitations are.
Troubleshooting projects and knowing when to escalate things and when to take care of them personally.
Leading producers through projects and providing senior support.
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to make informed decision.
Good understanding of user experience and information architecture.
Producing multi project documentation and financial reporting.
For this role, experience in outsourced production (UK and offshore) would also be an advantage.
The scope of the future projects will include Integrated digital campaigns, Rich Media advertising, brand website development, CRM, Mobile, online video, social media integration and online content development.
