THE ROLE. 

Develop creative concepts both independently and alongside other members of the creative team. Project manage through to completion, ensuring delivery is in-line with visual/usability expectations and champion technology developments to the wider team. Lead the development of ‘best practice' processes across the Digital department.   

ABOUT YOU. 

With a strong creative background and well-honed technical & project management skills, you will be able to lead, support and provide training to colleagues on technologies such as Flash AS3, HTML / CSS. You will enjoy keeping up-to-date with developments in technology and its application (HTML5 responsive design with CSS Media Queries for example). An understanding and insight into User Experience will be necessary, as is rudimentary test process / QA.
